Welcome

After a decade of working with traditional West African medicine (Iboga) to support recovery from substance use disorders and certain psychological conditions, I was called to step into the world of shamanism. Over the course of six years, I was trained in a range of soul-doctoring techniques that now form the foundation of my work.

I was trained and initiated in the Red Road path by Lyn Spirit Eagle, a student of Ai Gvhdi Waya — an Eastern Cherokee Métis Shaman who inherited her lineage from her great-great-grandmother, a member of the Wolf Clan and a respected medicine woman.

My gift as a Medicine Woman lies in facilitating Soul Recovery and Extractions, Journey Work, and Soul Midwifery.

I am a certified Shamanic Counsellor with the Crows' Nest Centre for Shamanic Studies, founded by C. Mikkal Smith — a Shaman, Jungian psychologist, and medical anthropologist. Crows' Nest is a heart-centered, earth-honoring community of trained shamanic facilitators who offer guidance to those interested in the shamanist way, Jungian psychological practices, and in healing and transformation.

As a trained and certified Soul Midwife (or Death Doula), my mission is to reintroduce spirituality — through presence and ritual — into the physical act of dying. I support individuals and their families in making informed choices, while providing  a sense of comfort and support during this final chapter of life.

The path I follow is heart-centered and does not rely on entheogens. It draws on heart intelligence and sacred ceremony to direct healing energy.
